How does an Aquaria AWG connect to my home?
Ourr Hydropack models can be connected to your home’s plumbing for seamless water distribution. Typical installations involve connecting your Hydropack unit to an external water tank, which then connects to your home’s plumbing via a water pump.
Do I need to have my own water storage tank?
All Aquaria atmospheric water generator products come with sizable water storage tanks internally. Some of our machines can be connected to larger water systems which include an external storage tank to safely store excess produced water. Please contact us directly for a consultation for your specific water needs for more details.
How are the AWGs powered? Can it be powered using solar?
Aquaria’s AWGs can be powered using a variety of power sources, including standard electrical panels, generators, and even renewable sources including solar, as long as the power source can supply sufficient AC power. Please refer to the technical documents for electrical specifications.
Do Aquaria atmospheric water generators come with any warranty?
Yes! All Aquaria products come with a three year manufacturer’s warranty, as well as a host of spare parts.
Can Aquaria's atmospheric water generators operate in freezing temperatures?
Our units aren’t able to operate in temperatures below 50 F (10 C) as this is too cold for water generation to occur. If temperatures drop below this mark temporarily, the unit will turn off automatically and not be effected. However if you live in a region where temperatures would be below this temperature for an extended period of time, winterization will be required. Aquaria’s product specialist team would be happy to discuss this in greater detail.
