Can the Hydropixel pump water into external storage?
No, the Hydropixel is an all-in-one, self-contained atmospheric water generator water cooler with over 11 gallons of internal water storage. If you are interested in a water from air generator compatible with an external storage tank, please reach out to us to get in touch with an Aquaria product specialist for a solution that best fits your water needs.
What maintenance is required for the Hydropixel?
Regular filter changes and occasional cleaning are required. Water and air filter replacement is recommended every 6 months and takes less than 5 minutes to complete. Please refer to your user manual for detailed instructions.
Is there an automatic shutoff when the tank is full?
Yes, the Hydropixel will automatically switch from water production mode to standby mode when the internal tanks are full.
How do I install the Hydropixel?
The Hydropixel is plug-and-play out of the box! Simply plug your Hydropixel into a standard wall outlet, and the machine will automatically begin operating. After 24 hours, you’ll have fresh, clean drinking water made from the air ready to dispense.
Can the Hydropixel be placed in any room?
The Hydropixel works best in a large room, with adequate open space (1 foot) on its back and right side for sufficient ventilation so that the machine is able to cycle enough air to produce water from the air.
