Aquaria Return and Refund Policy
At Aquaria, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Any product may be returned or exchanged, within 14 days of receipt if the product has sustained damage during shipping, or is eligible for return under the terms of the warranty.
A refund for the product’s original price, minus standard shipping charges from the original delivery address, will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s). (Orders canceled prior to shipping will not incur a return shipping fee.)
Return Eligibility:
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your unit to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in original packaging, with all original content included.
- Damage & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Follow the Return Authorization instructions below to start a ticket. For faster processing, please include photos of the damaged item and condition of the original packaging.
- Return Authorization: You must obtain a Return Authorization from Aquaria for an approved return. Please contact us via email at support@aquaria.world or call us toll-free at +1 888-589-4605 for further instructions.
- Return Shipping: You must have the original shipping box or container to return the product in, in order to receive an approved Return Authorization. Aquaria’s support team will work with you to ensure your unit is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer and may be waived at the discretion of the Aquaria team.
How to File a Return Claim:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@aquaria.world with a summary of your order, a brief description of the reason for your return, verification you have of packaging or boxing, and relevant photos and videos of the product that is damaged or defective. Without visual evidence of the issue, we will not be able to approve your claim.
- Return Authorization: If the return claim is determined to be valid under the terms of this policy, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Refund Process: You will be immediately refunded your purchase to your original payment method once Aquaria has received and inspected your unit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
